Just added the postage due stamps of Zimbabwe. Four series of postage due stamps were issued over the period 1980 to 2000.

The Complete Zimbabwe Collection - 2000 to 2004

Just added the 2000 to 2004 stamp issues for Zimbabwe. In January 2000, Zimbabwe issued its 5th definitive stamp issue with the theme of Fauna, Industry and Development. An additional four vales were added to this issue in June 2003. 

This period saw the second series of a number of earlier issues - Wild Fruits, Butterflies, Wild Flowers and Aloes of Zimbabwe. The 2004 National Birds issue in souvenir sheet format was part of a joint issue with several Southern African countries. The Aviation issue in 2001 will have some appeal to aircraft enthusiasts while the African Folklore stamps of 2001 and the Spiders of Southern Africa issue in 2003 are quite interesting.

Marshall Islands Crypto Stamps

Added the Marshall Islands "Beautiful Beaches" Mi10 crypto stamps issued on May 10, 2019. These crypto stamps were issued in 100,000 panes of six stamps. Each pane contains six identical QR codes which, when scanned, provides an opportunity for first-time owners that register these panes to acquire 100 Mi10 cryptocurrency tokens or coins for each pane registered. When all 100,000 panes have been registered, the total number of Mi10 cryptocurrency tokens or coins minted caps out at 10,000,000.

The Complete Zimbabwe Collection - 2005 to 2009

Just added the 2005 to 2009 stamp issues for Zimbabwe. Over this period, inflation in Zimbabwe was rampant. At the beginning of 2005, the most expensive commemorative stamp was Z$40,000 rising to Z$10,000,000 over a three-year period! This resulted in the introduction of "Letter" denominated postal rates - the Z(imbabwe), A(frica), E(urope) and R(est of World) rates - to avoid printing Z$ amounts on stamps where the postal rates were changing almost daily. You can find the Z$10,000,000 stamp as part of the 2008 Rats and Mice of Zimbabwe set.

Zimbabwe's 6th definitive stamp issue took place in 2005 with the introduction of the Birds of Zimbabwe series. Additional definitive values were issued in 2007. 

My favourite issues over this period are the Bridges of Zimbabwe set in 2006, the National Animals set in 2007 and the 2009 Contemporary Paintings by Zimbabwean Artists. The National Animals set was part of a joint issue with several Southern African countries.

United Arab Emirates Golden Jubilee Crypto Stamp

Added the United Arab Emirates "Golden Jubilee" crypto stamp issued on December 2, 2021. This is not a cheap crypto stamp retailing at AED2021 (about US$550). This premium edition is limited to 2,021 crypto stamps, each with a digital twin that can be added to a crypto wallet. The crypto stamp contains a 1 gram gold bar that has been laminated onto the stamp. The stamp pack also contains a regular physical stamp of the same design without the gold bar with a postal value of AED3.

The Complete Zimbabwe Collection - 2010 to 2014

Just added the 2010 to 2014 stamp issues for Zimbabwe. Over this period, Zimbabwe issued its 7th set of definitive stamps - Sculptures of Zimbabwe. This set comprised eight stamps and two souvenir sheets.

Postage rates stabilized over this period following the hyper-inflation of a few years earlier. In 2010, Zimbabwe issued a set of stamps and souvenir sheet to commemorate the 2010 FIFA World Cup tournament that was held in South Africa. Zimbabwe was part of a group of nine Southern African nations that issued similar stamps to commemorate this event and an interesting multi-nation gold foil souvenir sheet was released in April 2010.

My favourite issues over this period are the Cultural Huts and the colourful Hair Designs of Traditional Women in Zimbabwe.

The Complete Zimbabwe Collection - 2015 to 2019

Just added the 2015 to 2019 stamp issues for Zimbabwe. As I mentioned earlier, new stamp issues from Zimbabwe do not happen often. In 2016, there were three new issues. In 2017, there were two. 2018 saw three new issues and in 2019, only one new set of stamps came out.

Over this five year period, Zimbabwe issued its 8th set of definitive stamps with the theme of Victoria Falls tourism and there were three issues of the ongoing National Heroes series.

The 2019 Baby Animals stamp issue also saw the first use since 2010 of "Letter" postage rate denominations with rates as follows: Z (40c) for postage within Zimbabwe, A ($1.00) for postage to Africa, E ($1.60) for postage to Europe and R ($2.00) for postage to the Rest of the World. 

My favourites over this period are the Drystone Ruins and the Ladybirds of Zimbabwe.
